Romina Baldomir Studio is a high-end interior design and strategic creative direction practice working across luxury residential, hospitality, and retail projects worldwide. The studio is proudly female-led, and we work with a select number of clients each year. Romina Baldomir is a Creative Director working at the intersection of spatial strategy, interior design, and brand development.

Her work is rooted in defining the identity of a project before anything is built, translating vision into clear spatial direction that informs design, positioning, and long-term value. Rather than approaching space as a purely aesthetic exercise, she focuses on how environments are used, perceived, and ultimately experienced.

Born in Gran Canaria and with an early career in London's fashion and visual merchandising industry, Romina developed a strong instinct for spatial storytelling, understanding how environments shape emotion, behaviour, and perception. This foundation continues to inform her approach today, particularly in hospitality, residential, and retail contexts.

Based in Bali, she leads a founder-led studio working internationally with developers, brands, and private clients. Her role extends beyond design execution, often acting as a strategic creative partner from the earliest stages of a project where key decisions around identity, direction, and experience are defined.

Romina remains closely involved throughout each project, ensuring that the original vision is carried through with clarity and precision from concept to completion.
