Strategic Creative Direction

Strategic Creative Direction

Explore how each project is defined at concept level, where value, identity and direction are established before anything is built.

We establish the direction before anything is built and carry that vision through to completion.

What you receive

A single creative brief, delivered as your exclusive intellectual property. It contains the project manifesto, the cultural and market positioning, the spatial experience strategy, and the visual and material language, codified with enough precision that your architects, interior team, contractors, and marketing team can execute from it without interpretation.

It is the most important document your project will be built from.

Who we work with

Developers building hospitality and residential projects where the identity has to be defensible to both investors and buyers. Brands opening physical spaces that need to carry a world, not just a logo. Private clients building homes that will outlast them. The common factor is not the budget. It is the refusal to leave the vision to chance.

How it works

Four to eight weeks. A deep initial conversation. Full immersion in the cultural and physical context of the site, in person, always.

Investment

From USD 55,000. Travel and site expenses approved in advance and billed separately.

Intellectual property

All creative frameworks, narratives, and spatial strategies are delivered as the client's exclusive intellectual property upon full payment.

Availability

A small number of engagements each year. Enquire directly.

The natural next step

For clients who want the vision carried all the way through, Strategic Creative Direction becomes the foundation of our Full Scope Interior Design engagement. The brief becomes the blueprint. Nothing is lost in translation, because nothing is ever handed over.

Full Scope Interior Design

One creative mind, from the first idea to the last photograph.

Interior design engagements usually begin too late and end too soon. The designer arrives after the architecture has already made the decisions that matter, and leaves before the contractor makes the ones that matter next. The vision survives in some rooms and not in others. Everyone can see it. No one can quite say what happened.

Full Scope Interior Design is the engagement we offer to clients who will not accept that outcome. We author the design, we protect it through construction, and we are still in the room when the photographer arrives.

What it covers

Spatial strategy and experience direction. Interior concept and spatial planning. Design development. Design intent documentation. Construction phase oversight. Procurement and installation coordination. Styling. Media preparation and project photography. Every phase is authored by the same hand.

Who we work with

Clients who have seen what happens when a project changes hands between disciplines, and have decided not to let it happen again. Developers whose construction timeline, sales strategy, and creative vision have to move as one thing. Private clients building once-in-a-lifetime homes that deserve more than a designer who disappears after the mood board.

A Bali-rooted practice, working worldwide. For developers, brands, and private clients building something that will outlast them.

Investment

From USD 55,000, scaling with the ambition and complexity of the project. Every engagement is quoted after a private consultation.

Travel

Worldwide. Business class travel and site expenses are covered by the client, approved in advance.

Procurement

Furniture, fixtures, and interior elements sourced through the studio are managed under a separate agreement. A 30% management fee applies to net cost of goods.

Intellectual property

All creative work is delivered as the client's exclusive intellectual property upon final payment.

Availability

A small number of engagements each year. Enquire directly.

“We don't manage projects. We protect visions.”

Beginning with strategy

For clients who have not yet defined the creative identity of their project, Full Scope Interior Design begins with Strategic Creative Direction. It is the most important investment you will make in the project, and it happens first.
